Localisation:
Despite an often very high time pressure, it is a matter of course for us that all figures and measurements are localised and undergo a special check, because lives can depend on correct figures in the medical technology sector.
Our project managers:
Our employees’ medical and technical understanding is the prerequisite for accurate translations. That’s why each of our customers is assigned their own project manager, who coordinates the content and language for an entire project. This can also include training on the device itself or customer visits.
The project manager sees themself as the interface between customers, specialist translators, proofreaders, experts and all other project participants. They are also responsible for deciding whether terminology and content-related questions need to be agreed directly with the customer and whether native-speaker medical specialists from our collaboration network also need to be consulted for the validation.
File formats:
In addition to our linguistic and specialist expertise, our customers particularly trust the attention to detail with which our employees process documents in various file formats (FrameMaker, InDesign, ST4, XML, etc.).
